If you have an [[Upgrades|upgraded account]]your account, either via PayPal or via a business subscription, and but the route planner does not allow you to add more addresses, you may need to reset your session. To do so, you'll need to end your current session and create a new one.
To do so, you'll need to end your current session and create a new one. Follow these steps:
1. Log out of the website
