RouteXL keeps a history of routes that you have planned[[File:20151201 History dialog.png]]

* The history dialog is opened fromt with the '''Routes''' button. When you have saved routes, use the '''History''' button in the [[OptionsFavorites]] dialog.

* The list shows holds the last 10 routesyou made, a small image indicating the area, with date and time of creation, the number of stops and the total number of views.

* The routes can be retrieved or deleted. If you delete load a route, make changes to it and recalculate, a new route is created. It will no longer be publicly accessibleadded to the history list. The original route will not be deleted.

* If you retrieve save a route, make changes and re-it will appear in the [[Favorites]] dialog. * If you delete a route, it will no longer be available. If you have shared a new route is created. It with others, friends or colleagues, they will not be added able to the history listuse it. * Routes are deleted automatically after two months, unless they are saved or [[Share|marked public]].
