The Edit location dialog appears if the "Edit" button is selected from the Location details popup. The following additional details can be edited here:

  • Name – The name or label used in the Address list and on map labels. It is also included in some Download files.
  • Note – Additional remarks or instructions. These are displayed in the Location details, driving directions, and WEBFLEET exports.
  • Ready time – The earliest time the location can be visited (e.g., 10:00 if a shop opens at 10 AM).
  • Due time – The latest time the location must be visited (e.g., 21:00 if a shop closes at 9 PM).
  • Service time – The time required at the location (e.g., 1:00 for a one-hour visit).
  • Visit before – This location is a pickup point and must be visited before another location (select from the dropdown list).
  • Visit after – This location is a delivery point and must be visited after another location (select from the dropdown list).
  • Heading – The desired direction of arrival and departure at this location.

Note that the appearance of the location on the map may change:

  • If a location has a time window, it is marked with a blue marker and a timer icon.
  • If a location is a pickup or delivery point, it is marked with a green marker and a cart icon.

To avoid editing each location separately, you can import multiple locations at once with additional fields.
