RouteXL apps are available for Apple, Android and Windows smartphones and tablets. All are free to use for routes up to 20 stops. If you upgrade on the website, it will be available in apps too when you use the same user account - and vice versa.

== Mobile website == The RouteXL apps are ''thin'': they are only placeholders for the mobile website. Instead of using the app, you may also open the RouteXL website from your mobile browser.The website is responsive to the screen size and will shrink to fit. Using the mobile website has some important advantages and is therefore the recommended approach. E.g. launching third-party apps for export or navigation can be blocked when using the app. This is due to restrictions by the OS of your device. You can save the mobile website to the home screen of your device: 1. Open the website in the mobile browser and log on 2. Open the mobile browser menu 3. Tap the option "Save to home screen" or "Install web app" 4. Follow the instructions
